Instrucciones de Actualización de Firmware

La Fonera 2.0 viene con un firmware beta, por lo que tendras que acutalizarlo a la versiona mas reciente. Conecta por cable para hacer esto. No desconectes el cable ethernet o la corriente durante este proceso.

Interfaz Web

1. Descarga el archivo
2. Conecta La Fonera 2.0 a la corriente.
3. Conecta tu PC por cable al conector negro de la fonera (LAN)
4. Accede a 192.168.10.1
5. Clickea en "Advanced"
6. Introduce el Username: admin y el Password: admin
7. Clickea en "Firmware Upgrade"
8. Accede al archivo que descargaste en 1.
9. Clickea en "Upgrade" y espera 25min

El proceso estará completado cuando aparezca en tu navegador el siguiente mensaje:

Interfaz Bash

• Get pscp.exe
• pscp -scp binary file root:admin@192.168.10.1/tmp
• Get putty.exe
• use putty to connect to 192.168.10.1 bash interface
  • User: root
  • Password : admin
• execute mtd -r write /tmp/20081001_FON2202_2.1.0.1_beta.image image

Redboot interface

• Give yourself ip 192.168.1.254
• Get putty.exe
• Get tftpd and configure it to listen & share the path that contains the redboot image
• Send a ping -t 192.168.1.1
• connect to 192.168.1.1 on telnet port 9000 as soon as you get a ping result back (you have 2second time window?)
• when you get in:
